Here we are in March again and St Patrick always gets the best press.

Patrick, Patron Saint of Ireland

Patrick is the patron saint and national apostle of Ireland and credited with bringing Christianity to the Emerald Isle. But history has been kind to Patrick, very kind indeed.

Many of the stories traditionally associated with St. Patrick, including the famous account of his banishing all the snakes from Ireland, are false, but who has the heart to let truth spoil the result of hundreds of years of good storytelling?
